If you want the best realtor, call Justin. Period. Six stars if we could. We hired Justin to sell our home and help us purchase our new one, and he was exceptional from start to finish. He never treated us like just another transaction. Justin was a genuine advocate who cared about our family, goals, and home as if they were his own. Before listing, he thoroughly reviewed our home, priced it accurately, explained what needed attention, and created a detailed timeline he followed flawlessly. We were never left waiting or wondering. While we were out of town, Justin watered the lawn, handled the trash, wiped down counters, and arrived early to every showing. His marketing brought more than 50 people to our open house, generated multiple offers, and helped us sell in just ONE week. On the buying side, Justin mailed letters to homeowners in our preferred neighborhoods and worked tirelessly to find us our dream home. He advocated for the right upgrades, managed countless conversations and negotiations, and took tremendous stress off our shoulders. He even went above and beyond on his day off by picking up a package for us and overnighting it to us. Throughout the process, Justin was calm, kind, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He protected our best interests, provided the facts, added humor when needed, and gave us a closing gift so thoughtful and generous that it felt like something reserved for clients he truly didn't want to let go. Justin did more than complete two real estate transactions; he supported us through one of life's biggest transitions. My sister and I had the pleasure of working with Justin Buller on the sale of my late Aunt's home. Being Canadians living out of country could of made the process stressful and complicated, but Justin went above and beyond to make certain that everything went smoothly. Both times, Justin and his team made the process smooth and easy as he helped guide us through the process, assessed the specific real estate area to determine a price for our property, contacted an agency to repair listed items in our house and condo, and answered our many, many questions. Both of our properties sold immediately. Never once did we feel that he ignored or forgot about us as he quickly answered everything that we needed to know. Justin was my realtor during both phases of our homebuying and selling process. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Justin made our experience very enjoyable.

Used Justin 3 years ago to buy our home, and used him again to sell that same home last month. He has exceeded all expectations and I have finally found a Realtor that exceeded their worth in commission. He originally showed us 56 houses in 2 1/2 days when we first purchased, never once showing any frustration or lack of patience. He was an expert negotiator and we got under contract below asking in a strong seller's market, and with seller concessions! His worth ethic really showed when we sold the home in April/May 2017. He used a variety of marketing techniques to stir up interest and received 10+ offers within 2 days, and got under contract with buyer concessions AND $20k over asking! When there was a major issue with the buyer's mortgage company, Justin took it upon himself to work with that mortgage company to see that our loan would close. He tirelessly worked with the buyer and his mortgage company to get us to closing after a major issue. I can't recommend Justin strongly enough, and he is truly the example of what a Realtor should be, that is, unfortunately, so difficult to find.

I highly recommend Justin Buller. All our questions were answered, everything was handled professionally and he was able to sell our condo above asking price. Without his real-estate savvy, I seriously doubt we would've been able to sell our property for as much. Let me just say that Justin works incredibly hard. He knocked on doors, cold-calling just to create a buzz about our property that was about to be sold. He set up the furniture-stager. He handled the negotiations--He handled everything. I Met Justin at a open house and decided to work with him to sell one of my rental houses. He worked hard and got it sold and we our in the process of using him again on selling my mothers townhome.

Justin is a very knowledgeable and informed realtor. As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted or what was on the market in my price range. Justin eagerly helped me narrow down the type of homes I wanted to look at and the areas we would search. He answered all of my questions, and sent me new listing to look at on a daily basis. Justin was always prompt and professional while showing me the listings. When it came time to make an offer, he was extremely detailed in explaining the process and preparing the paperwork with all the deadlines clearly shown. I was very pleased that within a few weeks, Justin helped me find a home that I love and was in my price range. Last summer I found a condo on Trulia that I wanted to see. I sent an email through Trulia and it wasn't two minutes later and Justin was calling. Now that was fast!! He worked it out so I could see the condo 45 minutes later. Justin is totally on it! He will go out of his way to work around your schedule and can often show homes same day. For those times he was out of town, he made sure another realtor was able to step into his place.
