We had an outstanding client experience working with Brian Harvey with Mile High Urban/Keller Williams as our realtor (on the buyers side). He stayed on top of every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and got a good deal. We did a walk through before the closing and the garbage disposal had stopped working. Rather than make an issue of it and delay the closing (we were in from out of town), he just bought a new one for us. He also paid for the unit to be cleaned from top to bottom, which we were not expecting him to do, but he wanted us to be pleased with every aspect of the home. He also met several repairmen on-site from the date we signed the contract to the day we closed, always happy to do so.
